In our group homes, youth receive acceptance, accountability, a structured environment, individual and group counseling, and appropriate reinforcements all within a progress-level system. An initial Individual Service Plan (ISP) is developed in conjunction with the client, parents, caseworker/probation officer, and any other involved party. Youth are assigned a primary counselor for regular individual sessions in order to address ISP goals. Specialized groups for Independent Living Skills and Victim Impact are available as appropriate. A family worker is also available to facilitate family reunification efforts.
