L.I.F.E. (Learning Independence From Empowerment)
The L.I.F.E. (Learning Independence From Empowerment) Program is a transitional program designed for Crawford County consumers age 17-22 with mental illness. The program is designed to provide much needed support and guidance during customers' transition to independence. The program assists with the process of securing housing, obtaining employment, reaching educational goals and acquiring the skill knowledge needed to live independently and interdependently within the community.
